Based on the law of development of agricultural production relations and productive forces, the movement law of internal contradictions of production mode and the whole agricultural operation process, this paper analyzes the cultivation paths of family farm from the following four aspects, labor, land and capital factor in production, as well as the product value realization process. The critical policy implications of the four paths are as follows：promoting the comprehensive qualities of family farmers and ensuring the stability of the family farm land;improving the system of land circulation and its innovation and promoting family farm moderate scale management;comprehensively constructing the social service system and increasing financial support for the production and operation of family farm; establishing family farm association, strengthening the prevention agricultural risk and creating product brand of family farm.
