注浆是治理隧道突水突泥、塌方等地质灾害的重要手段,其关键在于对治理区段地质情况的准确获取.但由于地质情况的极端复杂性,仅靠单一物探手段及有限的地质探孔,无法有效掌握掌子面前方岩体结构发育及富水情况,使注浆治理存在较大盲目性.基于综合地质信息获取及分析,提出帷幕注浆动态治理技术.通过区域地质分析、瞬变电磁探测和探注结合孔对帷幕注浆前、注浆过程中围岩水文地质情况进行汇编、整理和分析,优化注浆方案,注浆过程中动态调整设计钻孔,在此基础上,形成先外部截源封闭后内部挤水稳固、分序分区治理、帷幕注浆基础钻孔与补充钻孔结合的帷幕注浆动态综合治理方法.该研究成果成功应用于广西某山岭隧道突水突泥灾害处治工程中,取得了良好的治理效果,实现了帷幕注浆治理的信息化施工.
Grouting is a significant means to control tunnel geological disasters such as landslide, water inrush and mud gush. The key point of this method is to accurately obtain the geological information in the governance region. However, on acoount of the geological condition are extremely complicated, the development of the geo-logical structure and the water-rich circumstance can^ be mastered on the basis of the single geophysical explora-tion method and limited geological exploration hole. Thus, there exists great blindness of qrouting treatment. Therefore, the dynamic curtain grouting technology based on comprehensive analysis of geological information was put forward. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the regional geological exploration, transient electromagnetic exploration, the revealed information by the exploration and grouting hole, the optimization of the grouting scheme, the design grouting holes are adjusted dynamicly. On the basis of that, dynamic curtain grouting com-prehensive treatment method was carried out, including blocking off the water source outside firstly and dewate-ring to reinforce inside last, grouting in order and region and the treatment combining the curtain grouting drilling with supplementary drilling. The results of the study perform well in water inrush and mud gush disasters treat-ment engineering in a mountain tunnel of Guangxi province. What, s more, it makes the information construction of curtain grouting treatment come true.
