提出一种新型切向/径向磁路并联混合励磁同步电机,详细介绍该电机的基本结构特点和工作原理。根据电机特殊的切向/径向磁路特点,建立其等效磁路模型,研究电励磁磁势对永磁体工作点的影响。利用二维有限元分析法,获得了该电机在不同励磁条件下的磁场分布情况及相关静态特性,仿真分析表明:该电机可方便地实现气隙磁场的完全调节与控制,且其并联磁路的特点能形成显著的聚磁效应。样机实验结果验证了该电机在电磁设计及仿真分析上的正确性,也证明了该方案的可行性及实际应用价值。
A novel tangential/radial hybrid excitation synchronous machine(T/R-HESM) was proposed in this paper with the introduction of its configuration characteristics and operation principle.According to the special tangential/radial magnetic path,the equivalent magnetic circuit model was built and the influence of electric excitation on the working point of permanent magnet was analyzed.The magnetic field distribution and static characteristics were obtained with the finite element method(FEM),indicating that T/R-HESM can conveniently make the air-gap magnetic field adjusted and fully controlled;and the shunt-wound magnetic path can produce a significant magnet congregate effect.The experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the electromagnetic design and simulation,and prove the feasibility and application value of the motor.
