本文旨在观察和分析有关基底隔震技术在核电工程中应用的相关问题,重点讨论如何将此类已经相当成熟的技术应用于核电这一类十分特殊、十分重要、十分敏感而又十分复杂的工程中。文中指出隔震技术有很多优点,可以整体改进核电工程的安全性和可靠性,有利于促进未来核电厂设计和建造的标准化,缩短建设时间,降低建厂的初始投资和生命周期中的运行成本。同时也指出要在核电工程中应用隔震技术还需要在隔震系统的设计、施工、采购、测试以及质量控制和质量保证等方面解决一系列科学和技术上的问题,更要注意改变目前尚缺乏将这一类技术应用于核电工程的各种规范和标准的局面。
This paper is to review the present-status of application of seismic base isolation in nuclear power plant(NPP),discuss the related issues of applicability of this technology to NNP structures characterized by the particular importance,special sensitivity and very complicated configuration,and look into the prospect of NPP provided with the seismic base isolation.It is pointed out that the base isolation is a mature technology that can benefit the NPP in resisting the potential severe earthquake and facilitating the standardization of NPP design and construction,as well as reducing the initial and life-cycle cost.It is also emphasized that there are still a number of bottle-neck problems in base-isolation to be solved to receive the acceptance from the NPP industry and regulatory for deployment in the NPPs.
