为了研究液氦温区脉冲管制冷机的性能,本文对脉冲管制冷机中4 K回热器进行了数值模拟分析,建立了包括压缩腔、高温换热器、回热器、低温换热器和膨胀腔等五个区域的数理模型,同时考虑了~4He的非理想性以及钬铜体积热容随温度变化的影响;对4 K回热器的传热与交变流动过程进行了数值模拟,并分析了回热器中总能流、声功流、体积流率分布、相位的分布和温度分布。计算结果显示,系统在运行频率5 Hz,压缩腔入口压比1.37,输入声功8.14 W的情况下,理论预测在4.2 K时制冷量为0.27 W,考虑膨胀活塞回收的声功后相对卡诺效率为20.6%。
The 4 K Regenerator of a Pulse Tube Cryocooler is numerically simulated in order to study the performance of a pulse tube cryocoolerThe mathematical models of five coupled heat transfer areas,which include compressor cavity,hot heat exchanger,regenerator,cold heat exchanger and expansion cavity,are established.At the same time,the heat transfer and oscillating flow was numerically simulated by CFD and this paper takes into account the non-ideal gas properties of ~4He and the properties of the magnetic regenerative materiallnteresting features such as the enthalpy flow,entropy flow,acoustic work flow,temperature distribution,etc.have been systematically studied.The results of simulation indicate that a cooling power of 0.27 W at 4.2 K was numerically obtained and therelativeCarnot efficiency is 20.6%,when the system runs at the frequency of 5 Hz,the pressure ratio of 1.37.
