[目的]探讨影响中老年人听力障碍的影响因素,为老年性耳聋的预防提供基础。[方法]随机抽取太原市4个社区的50岁以上中老年人1158例(男456例,女704例),采用GVSLN—TC-GK2000助听评估仪测出好耳听力,并测12h空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和总胆固醇.运用SPSS11.5对以上结果作统计学分析。[结果]低年龄是听力损失的保护因素(F=25.183,P〈0.05);低收入是听力损失的危险因素|F=4.563(1.03-.5.12),P〈0.05,OR=2.3)|;高血糖(f=-2.566,P〈0.05)、高血压(t=-2.240,P〈0.05)、高甘油三酯(t=-2.715,P〈0.05)、高胆固醇(t=-2.715,P〈0.05)、高密度脂蛋白(t=-2.580.P〈0.05)是听力损失的危险因素|OR值OR95%CI分别为0.54(0.32-0.92),0.61(0.39-0.94),0.54(0.38-0.76),0.46(0.29~0.71))|。[结论]一年龄、血压、血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白与听力损失有关,预防高血糖、高血压、高血脂的发生对延缓听力损失,提高中老年人的生活质量有现实意义。
[Objective] To discuss the related factors of influencing elderly hearing impairment , so as to provide basis for preventingpresbycusis [ Methods ] 1158 cases of middle-aged and elderly people over the age of 50 years old in four communities of Taiyuan were randomly selected (456 male and 704 female), GVSLN-TC-GK2000 hearing assessment instrument were used to measure the two ears about 0.5. 1.0. 2.0. 3.0 and 4.0kHz hearing threshold; 12 hours fasting blood glucose, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, triglyceride and total cholesterol were also measured. SPSS11.5 was used to perform statistical analysis. [Results] Lower age was the protective factor of hearing loss (F = 25.183, P 〈 0.05); low income was an risk factor of hearing loss (F = 4.563. P 〈 0.05, OR = 2.3) ; hyperglycemia (t = -2.566. P 〈 0.05). hypertension (t = -2.240. P〈 0.05). high triglyceride (t = -2.715. P〈 0.05), high cholesterol (t = -2.715. P〈 0.05) were risk factors of hearing loss (their ORs and OR95%CIwere 0.54 (0.32-0.92), 0.61 (0.39-0.94), 0.54 (0.38-0.76), 0.46 (0.29-0.71), respectively). [Conclusion] Age, blood pressure, blood glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein are related to hearing loss. To prevent the happening of high blood sugar, hypertension, high blood cholesterol is of practical significance to delay hearing loss. improve the quality of life of older middle aged and aged people.
