在原有的无网格分析程序基础上针对镦粗过程进行了数值模拟,研究了摩擦系数、权函数影响域半径和离散点数目等因素于金属流动、应力应变分布以及无网格法在精度和效率上的影响。将以上各种分析与有限元方法的分析结果进行了对比研究,二者的分析结果吻合程度较高。
Based on the meshless program, the numerical simulation of the upsetting has been analysed.The effect of the friction coefficient, domain radius influenced by the weighted function, and the discrete points number on the metal flow pattern,the distribution of the stress-strain and the precision,and efficiency of the Element Free Galerkin Method (EFGM)have been studied.By comparing EFGM results with those obtained by the rigid viscoplastic Finite Element Method at the same condition, the two are found in good agreement.
