从中国80后独生子女员工的角度入手,分析了步入职场的80后独生子女与非独生子女的行为态度差异以及他们分别在个人-工作匹配、工作满意度与员工离职倾向关系间的调节作用。研究表明,80后独生子女的受教育程度、税前收入较非独生子女更高,但离职倾向也更为明显。80后独生子女强化了个人-工作匹配与员工离职倾向、工作满意度与员工离职倾向间的负向影响。
This paper examines the moderating effect of the Only Children in 1980s in China, ini- tially analyzing the difference between the one-child and the non-one-child employees' attitude and be- havior. Results showed that the one-child employees have higher education, pretax income and turn- over intention. Besides, regression results revealed that the Only Children moderates the negative in- fluence of person-job fit and job satisfaction on turnover intention in such a way that the negative rela- tionship is stronger for the only-child employees rather than non-only-child employees.
