AIM To investigate the acute toxicity of liguzinediol.METHODS Lethal dose 50（LD50）of liguzinediol was determinated by administration of tail vein in mice.The LD50and 95%confidence interval were determined by data processing system.RESULTS LD50of female and male mice were 1.592 1 g ？ kg^-1and 1.692 2 g·kg^-1,respectively.CONCLUSION Liguzindiol has low toxicity and wide safety range.
