目的对蒲圻贝母(Fritillaria puqiensisG.D.Yu et.G.Y.Chen)进行化学成分研究。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过化合物理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从正丁醇部位分离得到3个核苷类化合物和3个碱基,分别鉴定为2′-O-甲基腺嘌呤核糖核苷(Ⅰ),尿嘧啶核糖核苷(Ⅱ),腺嘌呤核糖核苷(Ⅲ),尿嘧啶(Ⅳ),胸腺嘧啶(Ⅴ),腺嘌呤(Ⅵ)。结论首次对蒲圻贝母的核苷类成分进行了报道,化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ~Ⅵ系首次从贝母属植物中分离得到;其中化合物Ⅰ为稀有甲基修饰核苷,其13C-NMR数据为首次报道,并首次对其碳氢信号进行了全归属。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Fritillaria puqiensis G. D. Yu et. G. Y. Chen. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. RESULTS Three nucleosides and three bases were isolated and identified as 2′-O-methyladenosine( Ⅰ ), uridine( Ⅱ ), adenosine( Ⅲ ), uracil(Ⅳ), thymine ( Ⅴ ) and adenine(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION Nucleosides from Fritillaria puqiensis have been reported and compound Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅳ - Ⅵ were isolated from Fritillaria for the first time. Compound Ⅰ is a rare methylated ribonucleoside and its ^13 C-NMR data were reported for the first time.
