不同诱食剂种类对管角螺幼螺摄食、生长的影响

为探究管角螺幼螺配合饲料的高效诱食剂,分别选取7种氨基酸、2种含硫有机物和2种动物的提取物诱食剂添加至基础饲料中,对壳高(2.10±0.25)cm、体重(1.05±0.25)g管角螺幼螺进行为期100d的不同诱食剂投喂效果实验.结果显示:7种氨基酸中,以甘氨酸添加量为0.2%时的摄食率和增重率最大;含硫有机物类诱食剂中,大蒜素以添加量0.15%的效果较佳,甜菜碱以添加量0.6%的效果较佳;动物提取物类诱食剂中,菲律宾蛤仔汁和缢蛏汁添加量均以0.4%时效果最好.11种诱食剂中,以缢蛏汁添加效果最佳,且原料来源广、制作方便,成本低,可大力推广.

英文摘要:

The current study was aimed to explore the best attractant of combinative feed for juvenile snail of Hemifusus tuba Gmelin.We selected the Hemifusus tuba of(2.10±0.25)cm height and(1.05±0.25)g weight to conduct a100-day feeding experiment with different attractants which included7amino acids attractants,2organic attractants containing sulfur and2animal extract attractants.The condition with7amino acids attractants and0.2%additive amount of glycine produced the highest feeding rate and weight gain rate of snails.The Condition with organic attractants,0.15%addition of accicin and0.6%betaine containing sulfur produced the highest feeding rate and weight gain rate of snails.For both animal extract attractants,the juvenile snails can gain its highest feeding rate and weight gain rate at concentration of0.4%.Among11attractants,the Sinonovacula juice was the optimum attractant.This method has great practical potential,due to its wide material source,convenient production and low cost.
