为全面衡量大用户直接交易的效果,提出电力需求品质的新理念及其评判方法。在研究电力需求品质内涵、确定品质评判分析维度后,基于电网状态阐述品质因子的属性。考虑负荷特性与经济指标,从偏差电量、偏差时段、曲线形态3方面建立了电力交易品质因子的多维评判标准,建立了品质评价指标集及交易效果评估模型,并对频率影响因子、可靠性责任电伊等参数进行了计算。采集某电网交易数据进行仿真,算例结果表明该评价体系能全面、深入地评价电力交易效果。
To judge the effects of large consumers' direct power transaction all-sidedly, a new idea of electricity requirement quality and its evaluation approach are proposed. After the research on the intension of electricity requirement quality and the determination of dimensionality for the evaluation and analysis of the quality, based on power network status the attributes of quality factors are expounded. Considering load characteristics and economic indicators and on the basis of the quantitative deviation of electricity, the time-intervals where the deviations occur and the morphology of load curves, the multidimensional evaluation criteria for quality factor of power transaction are established; the index set for quality evaluation and models to evaluate transaction effects are built, and the parameters, such as the impact factor of frequency and the price of reliability responsibility, are calculated. Based on the acquired transaction data of a certain power grid, the proposed evaluation method is simulated. Simulation results show that the proposed evaluation system can evaluate power transaction effects all-sidedly and in depth.
