以合理行动理论（TRA）为依据,基于河南省726户农户的调查数据,运用结构方程模型（SEM）对农户土地承包经营权流转意愿及其影响因素进行了实证分析.结果表明,农户行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对土地承包经营权流转意愿有显著影响,农户土地承包经营权流转决策理性尚处于由“生存理性”至“价值理性”过渡期,家人意见及已经土地承包经营权流转者的意见对农户土地承包经营权流转决策有显著正向影响.
英文摘要：
In Theory of Reasoned Action （TRA） as the basis, based on survey data, Henan Province, 726 households, the use of structural equation modeling （SEM） for household land contract and management rights transfer Willingness to empirical analysis. The results showed that the farmers behavior and attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control on land contracting right intention had a significant effect, farmers land contracting right decision rationality is still in the ＂survival of rationality＂ to ＂value rationality＂ transitional period, family advice and there has been a significant positive impact on land contracting right of farmers＇ views on land contracting right decisions.
