目的探讨超声弹性成像评分与肌成纤维细胞相关病理学指标α-SMA和CD34在新疆维吾尔族、汉族乳腺癌组织中的表达是否存在差异。方法纳入219例病理证实的乳腺癌的患者,行超声弹性成像评分检查,免疫组织化学方法检测α-SMA和CD34在乳腺癌组织中的表达,分析其与超声弹性成像评分之间的相关性以及存维、汉族之间表达的差异性。结果CD34存癌肿内表达缺失,与弹性成像的评分高低旱负相天性(P〈0.05);α-SMA在癌肿内表达呈强阳性,与弹性成像的评分高低呈正相关性(P〈0.05)。超声弹性成像在维、汉族妇女乳腺癌肿块中评分高低差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。α-SMA及CD34在维汉族群妇女乳腺癌肿块中的表达差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论超声弹性成像评分与肌成纤维细胞在乳腺肿块内的分布特征具有关联性。联合超声弹性成像和分子病理学指标可为乳腺癌的诊断提供更多有价值的信息。
Objective To investigate the relationship of differences on ultrasound elastography with myofi- broblasts related pathology index of α-SMA and CD34 between the Uygur and Han nationality. Methods 219 patients with breast cancer recruited from November 2009 to march 2011 were divided into Uygur group and han group according to postoperative pathological diagnosis results considered as gold standard. To explore the correlation between the ultrasound elastography and histopathological expression of α-SMA or CD34 by immunohistochemieal method. To evaluate the differences of ultrasound elastography between the Uygur Han nationality by inspection of ultrasound elastography expression level of α-SMA or CD34 in breast cancer between the Uy results of the study show that the negative correlation between the score. But there are not differences on the expression level ofα-SMA or CD34 in the breast cancer between the Uyghur and Han nationality (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound elastography can represent myofibroblast distribution characteristics in breast cancer. It could provide more valuable information for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
