以CaSO4·2H2O(Ca)、成晶剂(A)为主要原料,采用水热法和煅烧法制备出平均直径3μm,长径比为80的耐水型硫酸钙晶须.晶须的最佳合成工艺为反应温度90℃、时间30 min、n(Ca) /n(A)=9,以生物显微镜和SEM对半水硫酸钙晶须的结构形貌进行了表征;半水硫酸钙晶须经700℃、4h的高温煅烧后制得无水死烧硫酸钙晶须,XRD和润湿角测试分析表明,无水死烧硫酸钙晶须的润湿角比半水硫酸钙晶须的润湿角大6.84°,无水死烧硫酸钙晶须的层间结构及耐水性均发生了明显变化.
Using CaSO4 · 2H2O(Ca) and crystal modifier(A) as the main raw materials,water-type calcium sulfate whisker with average diameter of 3 μm and aspect ratio of 80 was prepared by the hydrothermal and calcination methods.The best whisker synthesis reaction temperature is 90 ℃,time is 30 min and n(Ca)/n(A)=9.The structure and morphology of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whisker were characterized by biological microscope and SEM; anhydrous dead-burned calcium sulfate whiskers was obtained through 700 ℃ for 4 h from hemihydrate calcium sulfate crystals.XRD and wetting angle test analysis showed that,wetting angle of anhydrous dead-burned calcium sulfate whiskers is 6.84° larger than hemihydrate calcium sulfate crystals,interlayer structure and water resistance of anhydrous dead-burned calcium sulfate whiskers are both changed significantly.
