通过开展氧化铜矿石的分层分级柱浸试验,研究了3种矿样分别在水、30g/L硫酸和60g/L硫酸中的渗透系数和浸出率随时间的变化规律,并揭示了不同方案下渗透系数存在差异性的原因。结果表明:3组矿样在水中的渗透系数最大,30g/L硫酸次之,而60g/L硫酸最小。当浸柱上半部分为细颗粒(1~3mm),下半部分为粗颗粒(5~10 mm)时,浸矿效果最好,铜浸出率可达56%,工业应用浸矿60d后,铜浸出率达到63.98%。
Through the hierarchical layered column leaching tests of copper oxide ore,the change laws of three ore samples' permeability coefficient and leaching rate varying with time were studied in the water,30g/L sulfuric acid and 60g/L sulfuric acid.Then the reasons why permeability coefficient had difference in different schemes were also disclosed.The result showed that in three ore samples,the permeability coefficient in water was the biggest,the 30g/L sulfuric acid followed and the 60g/L sulfuric acid was the third.When the upper half part of column leaching was fine particles(1~3mm)and the lower half part was coarse particles(5~10mm),the leaching effect was the best with the leaching rate of 56%.After industrial application of leaching ore in 60 days,the leaching rate can reach 63.98%.
