实验借助电子探针、X衍射仪和热膨胀仪等对同属低温铅釉的唐三彩黄釉和明清时期景德镇娇黄釉进行测试分析和对比研究,探讨了其内部结构特征、化学组成及工艺制度之间的关系。结果表明,唐三彩黄釉与明清时期景德镇娇黄釉瓷的制作和烧成工艺有着一脉相承的关系,但同时明清时期景德镇娇黄釉的胎、釉质量又都有较大的提高,是唐三彩黄釉的再发展。
Tang tircolor and Jingdezhen"Jiao Huang"glazes are low-temperature lead glazes.In this paper,methods such as EMPA,XRD and thermal dilatometer were used to study on the relationship between the microstructure,chemical composition and technological process of them.The study shows that,the making and firing technologies of"Jiao Huang"glaze comes down in one continuous line with Tang tricolor,such as firing technology using high temperature at the beginning and then low temperature,and so on.But comparison between"Jiao Huang"glaze and the Tang tricolor yellow glaze shows that the quality of the former had farther improved than the later.So it is the re-development of Tang tricolor yellow glaze.
