预应力孔道摩阻系数测试是桥梁工程中关注的重要问题。本研究提出了基于拉脱法的测试技术开展摩阻系数的测试。阐述了拉脱法的测试原理,组装了拉脱法检测设备,介绍了摩阻系数的计算方法。对预应力钢绞线进行分级张拉,每次张拉后采用拉脱法测试张拉端和锚固端的锚下有效张拉力,基于最小二乘法求解预应力钢束与管道壁的摩擦系数和管道每米局部偏差对摩擦的影响系数。本研究提出的方法规避了每种夹片锚具都需配置2个穿心式压力传感器的问题,在保证测试精度的前提下,有效降低了试验检测费用。测试结果表明:孔道偏差系数为0.001 48,孔道摩阻系数为0.128。
The test method of friction coefficient of prestressed duct is an important issue in bridge engineering. A new test technique based on lift-off test is proposed to carry out the test of friction coefficient. The test principle of the lift-off test is expounded. The calculation method of frictional coefficient is introduced. When after post tensioning of prestressed steel strand, the anchor zone and tension zone can be measured by the new method. Then the friction resistance coefficient of hole and bias coefficient, based on least square method, can be solved. The proposed method avoids the problem that each clip anchorage are required to configure a pair of the bushing type pressure sensor. Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the test, the test cost is reduced. The test results show that the coefficient of deviation is 0. 001 48 and the friction coefficient is 0. 128.
