创建中国水利工程震害(SDCHI)数据库系统,实现中国水利工程震害基础数据的自动化管理,有利于提高水利工程震害特征分析的准确性,这是一项既有理论价值又极具现实意义的工作。归纳和统计了1961-1988年间中国地震中水利工程震害基础数据,以二维表格、文本或图片形式存储并导入Access关系模型数据库管理系统中,在此基础上,依次建立了构成数据库系统的表、查询、窗体、宏及模块五个对象。此外,还创建了含有用户访问密码、限制用户权限的数据库登陆界面,以及包含查询向导与用户指南的数据库管理界面。最终建立成内容丰富、逻辑性强、操作便捷、系统安全性能高的水利工程震害数据库系统。
In order to realize the automated management on seismic damage and improve the accuracy of characteristic analysis for Chinese hydraulic infrastructures,the database system of 'Seismic Damage for Chinese Hydraulic Infrastructures( SDCHI,for short) was designed,which is a work with great theoretical and practical significances.The induction and statistics of underlying seismic damage data for Chinese hydraulic infrastructures during 1961 -1988 including two-dimensional tables,texts and photographs were constructed and imported into the access-based relational model management system. On the basis of these data,five basic components for this database system were established successfully,including tables,queries,forms,macro and modules. Furthermore,this database system also includes user landing mechanism with access password and limited user rights and database management interface with the query wizard and user guide. Eventually this seismic damage database for hydraulic infrastructures was set up with the advantages of rich content,convenient operation and highly logic and security.
