针对用电高峰期电网出现的供电紧张问题,对居民用电进行用电控制.基于当前我国智能小区的发展现状,改进已有的排队论方法,在运行指标中考虑用户的用电要求,建立了智能小区的用电控制框架.进一步分析了居民的生活用电情况,以此为基础将用电负荷进行分类,建立了小区的高峰负荷削减模型,并结合小区的用电特性分析了用电控制框架中用电参数.以某小区为例,在考虑用户用电要求的基础上,对空调的用电控制参数进行了计算,结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
Residential electricity consumption needs to be controlled when power shortage occurs in peak period. Con- sidering the development status of intelligent community, electricity requirements are considered in operation indices, and an electricity control framework based on the improved queuing theory is established.Furthermore, the residential electricity consumption is analyzed. On this basis, electricity load is classified and the load shedding model of community is established. Meanwhile, the electricity parameters of electricity control framework are studied combining the electricity characteristics of community. Air-conditioners of a community are taken for example to calculate considering electricity demand of residents, and the result proves that the control method is feasible and effective.
