基于2Cr13不锈钢精密车削正交组合试验,研究了切削参数对加工表面层显微硬度影响的基本规律,并借助统计分析软件MINITAB建立了显微硬度与切削参数之间的回归方程。研究结果表明:切削参数是影响表面层显微硬度的重要因素,其中切削速度vc的影响最为显著,切削深度ap次之,而进给量f的影响不明显;基于指数函数的回归方程与试验数据具有较高的吻合度,可以在一定范围内对表面层显微硬度的预测预报。
Based on orthogonal experiment of precision turning in 2Cr13 stainless steel, this paper studied the basic influencing rule of cutting parameters on microhadness of machined surface, and built the regression equation between cut- ting parameters and microhadness by statistics analysis software MINITAB. The results shows that cutting parameters are the important affecting factor of microhardness of machined surface, their significance order is as follows : Cutting speed vc 〉 Feed rate f〉 Cutting depth ap ; It has a higher degrees of agreement between the regression equation and experimental re- suits, the regress equation can be used to predict the mierohardness of machined surface.
