QIAO Yaojun, Associate Professor, was born in Hebei, China in 1972. He obtained his M.S., B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Beijing University of Posts and Tele- communications （BUPT）, Jilin University, and Hebei Normal University, China in 1994, 1997 and 2000, respectively. He had worked for Lucent and Fujitsu from 2000 to 2007, and joined BUPT in 2007. His research interests include optical fibre communica- tion system and network. Email： qiao@bupt.edu.cn ZHOU Ji, is a Ph.D. candidate in School of Informa- tion and Communication Engineering, Beijing Uni- versity of Posts and Telecommunications （BUPT）, China. He received his B.S. degree from BUPT in 2012 Email： zhouji@bupt.edu.cn LI Yanan, is an M.S. candidate in School of Informa- tion and Communication Engineering, Beijing Uni- versity of Posts and Telecommunications （BUPT）, China.
