针对屠宰废水有机物、悬浮物、氨氮等组分浓度高的特点,采用水解酸化/生物接触氧化/MBR为主体的废水处理工艺,部分出水通过RO系统处理后回用。运行结果表明:该工艺运行稳定,出水水质可达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13457q2)一级排放标准;经深度处理后,回用水水质可达到国家标准《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923--2005)。
Slaughterhouse wastewater has high concentrations of organics, suspended solids, am- monia nitrogen and so on. Hydrolysis acidification/biological contact oxidation/MBR were used as the main wastewater treatment process, part of the effluent was reused through the RO system. The practical operation results showed that the process was stable and reliable. The effluent quality could meet the first level criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing 92), and the quality of the recycled water could meet the national standard Reuse ter- Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923 -2005) after the Industry (GB 13457 - of Urban Recycling Wa- advanced treatment.
