Using the data from a survey of 113 agribusinesses in Henan Province, the author makes an empirical analysis of the factors affecting agribusiness＇participating in wheat contract farming. The empirical result indicates the four factors that have obvious effect on the agribusinesses joining in wheat contract farming are the firm ownership type, firms＇ dominating business, firms＇ requirements for raw material quality and local government support.
