Hepatitis B vaccination is the most cost-effective way to control of hepatitis B virus infection. There were some misunderstandings in the vaccination practice mainly because of being not understanding hepatitis B vaccine well. Some common questions such as screening before hepatitis B vaccination, suffering from hepatitis B after hepatitis B vaccination and the term of protection in this article so as to understanding correctly of the hepatitis B vaccination were discussed, and its important role in prevention and control of liver diseases was elaborated.
