系统设计中介绍了一种基于TI(Texas Instruments)AFE4400集成芯片的血氧模拟采集电路,并以TivaTMCortex-M4为处理器的脉搏血氧饱和度检测系统的设计方案。采用AFE4400简化了电路设计、降低了系统功耗、减小了电路尺寸,从而降低系统成本、提高便携性,同时可以提高系统定标一致性。TivaTMCortex-M4具有足够的处理能力和存储空间,便于信号处理算法的实现和数据存储。系统设计过程中对比了几种基于小波变换的滤波算法去噪效果,充分利用TivaTMCortex-M4处理能力,在系统中完成了对血氧信号较优地去噪处理。系统原型样机经调试后,实现了脉搏血氧饱和度检测的功能。
A detection system of blood oxygen saturation was developed. Based on Texas Instruments( TI) AFE4400 chip,the acquisition circuit of blood oxygen simulation was designed,and TivaTMCortex- M4 was used as the processor and the control core. AFE4400 can simplify the circuit design,reduce the power consumption and decrease the size of the circuit,which lowers the cost,improves portability and improves the consistency of system calibration.TivaTMCortex- M4 has enough processing abilities and storage space to realize signal processing and data storage.In the process of design,the denoising effects of several filter algorithms based on wavelet were compared,and the system achieved the optimal filter algorithm by making full use of TivaTMCortex- M4's processing capacity. After debugging and calibrating the system,the system realizes the function of blood oxygen saturation detection.
