绿原酸具有抗菌、抗病毒、清除自由基和兴奋中枢神经系统等多种生物活性,是“第七类营养素”一多酚的主要成员之一。但目前对绿原酸的代谢药理活性机理的研究还不够深入。研究绿原酸的代谢途径对提高其生物活性的利用率及其经济价值的深度挖掘具有重要意义。本文结合近年来有关绿原酸的研究报告,归纳总结了绿原酸的检测方法及代谢途径,为提高绿原酸价值的研究及其在工业生产中的应用提供参考。
Chlorogenic acid was the major representative of poiyphenols, named as "the seventh class of nutrient". And it had various biological activities such as antibacterial, antivirus, free radical scavenging and central nervous system stimulating. However, the mechanism of metabolic pharmacological activity of chlorogenic acid was not studied in depth recently. A further research of the metabolism of chlorogenic acid had significance in increasing the operation rate of its bi- ological activities and commercial wtlue. The related literatures were comprehensively searched, and the progress of detec- tions and metabolism of chlorogenic acid were summarized, which provided useful studies in the value of chlorogenic acid and its industrial productions.
