针对我国2C0轴式提速机车转向架横向动力学性能较差的问题,提出新的2种端轴驱动装置弹性架悬方案:中间轴采用驱动装置刚性架悬、两端轴在电机端采用吊杆悬挂的电机端弹性架悬方式;中间轴采用驱动装置刚性架悬、两端轴在电机悬臂端为2点悬挂并通过吊杆悬挂在构架端梁上的悬臂端弹性架悬方式。采用多刚体动力学软件SIMPACK建立2C0轴式刚性和弹性架悬机车的动力学模型,比较电机端弹性架悬方式、悬臂端弹性架悬方式和各轴电机均采用驱动装置刚性架悬的既有架悬方式下的机车动力学性能。分析结果表明:与既有架悬方式相比,采用端轴驱动装置弹性架悬方案可以显著降低机车直线运行的轮轴横向力,改善机车通过大、中半径曲线的横向性能,提高平稳性;在2种端轴驱动装置弹性架悬方案中,电机端弹性架悬方式优于悬臂端弹性架悬方式,前者的非线性直线运行临界速度比后者和既有架悬方式有较大提高。
In reference to the poor lateral dynamic performance of China 2C0 axle arrangement speed-increase locomotive bogie, 2 solutions of elastic suspension of axle end driving devices are proposed. The intermediate axle adopts the rigid suspension, and the axles on both ends use the hanging rod for suspension on the motor end, i.e. elastic suspension on the motor end. The intermediate axle adopts the rigid suspension, and the axles on both ends are 2-point suspension on the end of the motor suspension arm and are suspended on the end beam of the frame through the hanging rod, i.e. elastic suspension on the end of suspension arm. Software SIMPACK of dynamics of multi-rigid-body is used to establish the dynamic model of 2C0 axle arrangement locomotive of rigid and elastic suspension. In comparison with the dynamic performance of the locomotive under the ways of suspension (such as: elastic suspension on motor end; elastic suspension on the end of hanging arm; the existing suspension way that the motors of each axle all use the rigid suspension for the driving devices), the analytical results can show that comparing with the existing suspension, the solution of elastic suspension of axle end driving device can remarkably decrease the lateral force of the wheel/axle of the locomotive when running on the straight line, improve the lateral perform- ance of the locomotive when passing through the curves with large and medium radius, and enhance the stability. In the 2 solutions of elastic suspension of axle end driving devices, the elastic suspension on motor end is better than the elastic suspension on the end of hanging arm, and the critical speed of the nonlinear straight line running of the former one is largely increased compared with the latter one and the existing suspension way.
