提出了一种基于房间用户冷热抱怨的室内热环境控制方法。实验表明,不同用户发出冷热抱怨的温湿度区域有较大差别,说明个性化热舒适控制非常必要。用户表达热抱怨的行为与用户的敏感性、表达性和稳定性的性格特征显示出一定的相关性。通过实验进一步考察了能耗信息反馈对促进用户行为节能的影响规律,发现用户在有能耗信息反馈时的平均抱怨取消率为14.78%。
Proposes a method of indoor thermal environment control based on the occupants' thermal complaints. The experiments show that temperature and humidity which triggered the complaints on cold/ hot environment are very different among the room occupants, which implies the importance of personalized thermal comfort control. The room occupants' thermal complaining behaviors show the relationship with the personal characters of sensitivity, expressivity and stability. Explores the influence of energy information feedback on the occupants' complaining behaviors by further experiments. Experimental results show that the average complaint cancellation rate is 14.78% when occupants receive energy consumption information feedback.
