In the tenth anniversary of China＇s entry into WTO, this paper analyzes the development of the economic and trade relationship between China and the least developed countries and also studies the existing problems and the reasons for them by comparing the structure of trade goods between China and the least developed countries, the one between USA and the least developed countries, and the one between EU and the least developed countries. Then it suggests that China should speed the formulation and implementation of new economic and trade strategy in respect of the least developed countries.
