In order to made fuzzy integrals be generalized further, the generalized seminormed fuzzy integral was introduced by Guo Caimei and Zhang Deli （[1] Guo Caimei and Zhang Dell, Generalized semi- normed fuzzy integrals, Fuzzy SYstems and Mathematics, 2007,5：71-75）. The present paper discusses the set function defined by generalized seminormed fuzzy integrals, and points out that it has the preservation characters for the upper semicontinuity and lower semicontinuity of fuzzy measures.
