设置三峡右岸地下电站工程需要的特殊锚杆,通过该锚杆试验段的声波无损检测,采用统计学和回归分析方法,研究了锚杆系统外延端长度、异常设置的位置以及不同施工工艺对锚杆质量的影响.定性和定量分析结果表明:锚杆的注浆密实度能满足试验要求;锚杆外延端长度越小,锚杆汪浆密实度检测精度越高,可以根据外延端的不同长度,利用线性模型进行修正;带弯头外延端长度与锚杆检测注浆密实度基本呈线性相关;异常设置的检测结果与实际吻合.
Sonic non-destructive detection of special bolts was carried out under the request of the Three Gorges right bank underground power station. The effects of the extension length, the abnormal setting location and different construction technologies of the bolt system on the quality of bolts were studied using the statistical and regressive methods. The results of qualitative and quantitative analyses show that grouting compactness of the bolts meets the engineering requirements; the smaller the extension length of the bolts, the higher the precision, and the extension length can be corrected using the linear regressive method according to different requirements; generally, the extension length with crooks linearly relates to the test length of the bolts; and the abnormal setting test location is in accordance with the actual one.
