基于三螺旋模型与专利的技术竞争力评价方法,量化测度我国各地区机器人产业的协同创新水平和技术竞争力,并利用偏相关分析法讨论二者的相关性。分析结果显示:现阶段,中国各地区机器人产业的技术活跃指数与三螺旋协同创新测度指标中的校企合作指标呈较强的正相关性,而技术质量指数与协同创新水平各项测度指标的相关性较弱,一方面说明目前协同创新对于技术竞争力的影响力大多来源于校企合作,另一方面也说明协同创新对于技术质量的影响较为欠缺;进一步分析发现,校企合作的三螺旋测度指标与专利数量指标呈正相关性,而与技术范围指标呈负相关性,说明校企合作越多的地区具有的专利数量越多,且研究的技术范围相对更集中。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, countries around the world start to research and utilize collaborative innovation more and more frequendy. The key problem in the development of collaborative innovation system is its impact on technology competence of certain area. On the one hand, Triple Helix Model can well measure collaborative innovation degree of different areas or countries. On the other hand, a patent-based method can provide quantitative assessment to technology competence of these areas or countries. This paper applies both methods above in order to quantitatively measure collaborative innovation degree and technology competence condition of China's major robot industry area. In addition, partial correlation analysis is used to measure those two aspects of indicators. Results of correlation analysis show that Technology Activity Index of these areas has a high positive correlation with Universities-Enterprises-Collaboration Index. While Technology Quality Index shows a lower correlation with collaborative innovation degree. The results illustrate that firstly, collaborative innovation has some impact on technology competence, but that kind of impact mainly lies on collaboration between universities and enterprises; Secondly, defects still exist in collaborative innovation patterns in our country, since collaborative innovation doesn't have enough impact on technology quality. Further analysis reveals that Universities-Enterprises- Collaboration Index in Triple Helix Model has positive correlation with patent counts but has negative correlation with Technology Scope Index. This tells us that areas where universities-enterprises-collaborations are more active will hold more patents and have a relative more intensive technology scope.
