采用CFD软件FLUENT对正弦波纹流道内两种流体的混合特性进行数值模拟研究,采用流场可视化技术及计算流体混合程度标准差的方法定性、定量分析了流体数和正弦波纹流道的结构参数对于两种流体混合性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着流体数的增大,流体达到完全混合的混合长度较短,波纹流道截面的高宽比越小,流体所需混合长度越短,波纹流道的振幅越大越有利于流体在流道中的混合;流体流过相同的距离,波纹流道的波长越短达到的混合程度较好。
The mixing performance of two kinds of fluid in sinusoidal corrugated channel was researched using CFD software FLUENT.The effects of reynolds number and structural parameters of sinu soidal corrugated channel on mixing performance of the two kinds of fluid are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using flow visualization technology and mixing standard difference calculation method.The results show that the fluid mixing length achieved to complete mixing become shorter with the reynolds number increase.The ratio of the wave height to the wave width is smaller,the mixing length of the fluid in the corrugated channel is shorter.The larger amplitude of the corrugated channel is benefit to the mixing degree.The mixing degree of the fluid in the corrugated channel with shorter wavelength is better when the fluid flows the same distance.
