建立了压入式通风条件下掘进面全尺寸巷道模型,采用非定常离散相模型解算,得到了从掘进开始后O~5min的粉尘浓度分布图像,并生成了连续动画。模拟结果显示,在掘进机附近,粉尘主要从回风一侧向后扩散,在掘进巷道25~30m处,粉尘开始由回风侧向整个巷道扩散,沿巷道方向运移速度衰减很快,并且可以看出在掘进巷道前部存在2个涡流区域,使得粉尘从后方流经司机位置,可以考虑在司机位置后方及右侧面增设粉尘阻挡或捕获设施,以减少流经该处的粉尘量。
The model of the whole size roadway at diving face under the condition of forced ventilation was set up. The distribution images of dust concentration in 5 min after diving were obtained and the continuous animation was formed. The simulation results showed that the dust spread backward from the airreturn roadway. At the position of 25-30 m in the driving road way, the dust spread to the whole roadway, and the moving speed decreased fast along the road way. Two vortex areas formed in the front of driving roadway, making dust spread backward to the driver position. Therefore, the dust stopping or capturing facilities should be set up behind and to the right of the driver to reduce the dust capacity.
