人的因素在煤矿安全生产中占据特殊地位,为了分析人的因素对煤矿燃爆事故的影响,本文以纳雍某矿区四个煤矿燃爆事故起数为参考序列,以人员因素作为比较序列,运用灰色关联理论分析人员因素对燃爆事故的影响。结果表明：技术人员所占的比例、＂三违＂发生率对燃爆事故的影响最大,技术人员因素对煤矿燃爆事故的影响力超过其他三类。
英文摘要：
Human factors have a special position in the safety production of coal mine. In order to analyze the human factors＇ effect to coal mine fireexplosion accident, the number of fireexplosion accident of Yongna mining area was selected as reference sequence and human factors as comparison sequences, then gray correlation analysis was used. The results show that correlation between fireexplosion accident and the proportion of technical personnel is the biggest, and technical staff is bigger than others on correlations for fireexplosion accident.
