The Chinese ancient records of solar eclipse for the period from the eighth century BC to the fifteenth century AD, which are crowded, concise and formalized, are collected and analysed. Based on these records, a computer-readable table - The Table of Chinese Ancient Regular Records of Solar Eclipse is compiled including 938 items. For every item, the original date, Julian-Gregorian date, the capital at that time, the dynasty, and some more details for some records are included in the table. The composition of the table is described and those historical records are preliminarily analysed and induced.
