Fangqing Wen was born in 1988. He received his B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Hubei University of Automotive Technology, Shiyan, China, 2011. From 2011 to 2013, he was pursu- ing his post-graduate study in College of Electro- nics and Information Engineering, Nanjing Univer- sity of Aeronautics and Astronautics （NUAA）. He is a Ph.D. candidate in College of Electronics andInformation Engineering, NUAA. His research interests are compressive sensing, wireless communication and signal processing. He received his Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronau- tics （NUAA）, Nanjing, China, in 2002. From 1990 to 1998, he was a Member of Technical Staff at No. 724 Institute China Shipbuilding Industry Cor- poration （CSIC）, Nanjing. Since 1998, he has been with the College of Electronic and Information En-gineering, NUAA, where he is currently a professor. He is a member of Committee of Electromagnetic Information, Chinese Society of Astro- nautics （CEI-CSA） and a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Elec- tronics （CIE）. He received his B.S. de- gree in radar from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 1963. In 1963, he joined the Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technol- ogy. In 2001, he became a member of Academician of China Engineering Academy. He is an expert in radar system, and he is a member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics （CIE）. He is currently a pro-fessor in Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics （NUAA）. His current research interests include radar network, radar detection and radar system.
