采用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件,研究不同焊接电流条件下IN738高温合金TIG对接焊的温度场及残余应力场分布规律。结果表明:焊接电流正相关影响焊接过程的最高温度、熔池尺寸以及残余应力值;焊缝中心线截面表面,横向残余应力和纵向残余应力均为拉应力;焊件中截面表面,纵向残余应力在焊缝区为拉应力,在热影响区达到最大,在远离焊缝区转变为压应力,而横向残余应力相对较小,均为拉应力。
The temperature and residual stress fields of IN738 superalloy TIG butt welding under different welding currents were studied by using finite element analysis software MSC. Marc. The results show that the welding current has positive influence on the maximum temperature, welding pool sizes and residual stress. The centerline section of welding seam, the transverse and longitudinal residual stresses are tensile stress. The middle section of welding part, and the longitudinal residual stress are tensile stress in weld zone; it reaches the maximum in heat affected zone, and it turns to compressive stress far away from the weld zone. The transverse residual stress is small tensile stress.
