进行了典型印染行业废水热泵热回收的热力学分析。基于典型印染工序能流现状和热力学分析,设计了匹配的废热源与热泵热回收的热利用过程。通过热力学理论计算,得出印染沸水热泵的最佳提升温度为45~60℃。最后基于典型印染废水处理流程,通过对废水水质分析和含热量的热力学分析,确定了热泵的取热位置应选择在废水进排污管网附近。
Presents a thermodynamic analysis of a typical dyeing and printing wastewater heat pump heat recovery.Based on the energy flow status and thermodynamics analysis of a typical printing and dyeing process,the heat utilization process of the matched waste heat sources and heat pump heat recovery was first designed.The optimum temperature rise of the printing and dyeing heat pump was then derived as 45-60 ℃ according to the thermodynamics calculation.Based on the typical printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process,the heat extracting point of the heat pump was finally selected at the location where wastewater enters the waste exhaust pipe network.
