以水平管道稀相气固两相流体为例,采集了不同固气质量比和不同气流量下的差压信号.利用希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)中的经验模态分解(EMD)方法和盲信号分离-三阶累积量方法对差压信号进行分析.由于希尔伯特-黄变换适合于处理非线性非平稳信号,首先将差压信号分解为本征模态函数,获取信号的能量,经分频滤波处理后,通过三阶累积量进一步除去高斯噪声、提高信噪比进行估值处理.实验结果表明,能量可以用来分析稀相气固两相流的差压波动特征;不同气流量下,当固气质量比增加时,差压信号随着气流量呈现递增的规律,且同一气流量下固气质量比越大,递增越明显;信号经过处理之后,差压标准偏差明显减小,说明EMD和三阶累积量结合能进一步揭示气固两相流的差压特性.
Taking the dilute gas-solid two-phase flow in the horizontal pipe as an example,the differential pressure signals are obtained under different solid-gas mass ratios and different gas flowrates.The methods of emperical mode decomposition (EMD) in Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) and three order cumulant in blind signal separation are used to analyze the differential pressure signals.Because HHT transform is suitable for nonlinear and non-stationary signals,the differential pressure signals are decomposed into intrinsic mode function (IMF).After acquiring signal energy and filtering noise frequency,the Gauss noise is further removed,the signal-to-noise ratio is improved with three order cumulant,and the signal value is estimated.The experiment results show that the energy can be used to analyze the differential pressure fluctuation in dilute gas-solid two-phase flow.When the solid-gas mass ratio increases,the differential pressure signal also increases under different gas flowrates.The bigger the solid-gas mass ratio is,and the more obviously the differential pressure signal in/creases under the same gas flowrate.The standard deviation of the differential pressure signal significantly decreases after signal processing,which indicates that the EMD and three order cumulant can further explore the differential pressure characteristics of the dilute gas-solid two-phase flow.
