Focused on the disadvantages of Internet search, an active information service based on UCL is proposed. UCL semantic indexing is added to the network resources. User interest model is established based on UCL elements and user behavior, and used to filter and choose to receive content of interest to users. Experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness in the LAN and CATV network environment.
