对多种污水样品中的粪大肠菌、SC噬菌体(somatic coliphage)和F-噬菌体(F—specific bacteriaphages)三种病原性指示微生物的浓度进行了测定,对检测结果进行了精度分析,结果表明:三种指示微生物浓度检测结果的相对偏差频数分布均呈正态,同一水样平行检测结果的相关系数都很高,相对偏差均有随浓度升高而降低的趋势。考虑到实际操作等因素,建议将待测水样进行稀释或浓缩预处理,以使相应指示微生物浓度在30~300个/mL。对粪大肠菌、SC噬菌体和F-噬菌体,其85%以上样品的相对偏差分别在±40%、±50%和±70%以内。
The concentration of three pathogenic microbial indicators ( fecal coliforms, somatic coliphages and F-specific bacteriophages) in a few kinds of wastewater were detected, also the detection precision was analyzed. The results show that the frequency distribution of the relative deviations of each of the three indicators' concentration accord with the normal distribution; the correlation coefficients of the parallel samples are very high; with the concentrations increasing, the relative deviations tend to decrease and considering the detection operations, pre-treating (diluting or condensing) the samples to a concentration between 30 -300 CFU/mL is suggested. The results also show that for more than 85% of all samples, the relative deviations of fecal coliforms, are in the scopes of ±40%, somatic coliphages, and F-specific bacteriophages ±50%, and ±70%, respectively
