Landscape Characteristic is a complex and complete system with the basic characteristics of structuralism.The landscape characteristic of the research objects—one region or multiple regions,or even one construction unit or multiple units of the city—all have twodimensional properties,namely the landscape characteristic area and the area＇s corresponding characteristic level.Based on this foundation,through public participation to obtain evaluation data and the establishment of a mathematical model,the characteristic level scores of the evaluation units in the evaluation area of the landscape characteristic area are calculated,so as to realize the aim of accurately evaluating the landscape characteristic.This kind of landscape characteristic evaluation model could be widely applied to various research objects like one area or multiple areas.
