技术创新投融资风险评价的理论指标较多，对这些指标的有效性进行检验不仅对提升技术创新投融资风险状态评价的准确性具有直接推动作用，同时也可为技术创新投融资相关政策环境等的改善提供相关结论。通过BST检验及因子分析，可得到贡献度较高的公共因子以及各个指标对公共因子的贡献度，从而实现对指标体系的科学、有效筛选。
英文摘要：
The financial risk of technological innovation has many leading indicators theoretically. To enhance the effectiveness of evaluation and guide the policies more scientifically, it is important to test the indicators＂ efficiencies. In this paper, Bartlett Sphericity Test and Factor-analysis are used to get higher contribution indicators and main factors. These effective indicators and main factors should be extended and be used in the future studies of related topics or other financial risk estimation fields.
