College responsibility education is one of the important strategies in national education development. The proposal of ＂Chinese Dream＂ not only arouses college students＇ keen concern about their own historical mission and social responsibility, but also enhances their national self-dignity and selbconfidence in social development. Colleges and universities should take this as an opportunity to involve ＂Chinese Dream＂ in college responsibility education so as to enrich the connotation of college responsibility education.
