陕西彬长公司大佛寺煤矿40104工作面是大佛寺煤矿布置的第1个大采高综采工作面。为了确定工作面支架合理的工作阻力,采用物理相似模拟实验的方法,对该工作面的支架阻力与支承压力分布进行了分析研究。通过实验分析,确定了坚硬顶板条件下采高3.8m时综采支架的合理工作阻力为6000kN左右。将实验结果与理论计算的结果进行对比,两者具有较好的一致性,同时实验还得出了工作面支承压力的峰值、峰值压力位置与影响范围。
Shaanxi Binchang Company Dafosi coal mine 4# coal seam have some characteristics, such as seam hard, extra-thick, hard roof and so on. 40104 work face is the first high mining height fully mechanized face. Applying the methods of the physical simulation experiment, supports' resistance and abutment pressure are analyzed for the first high mining height fully mechanized face in order to obtain reasonable face working resistance. The experiment result show that 3.8 m mining height face reasonable supports' resistance is about 6 000 kN. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical resuits, the two has a good consistency. The maximum abutment pressure, the peak location and influ- enced range of abutment pressure are also defined in experiment.
