综述了SiC增强镁基复合材料的研究概况,介绍了微米级SiC、纳米级Si C、Si C晶须增强镁基复合材料的制备及性能,研究了采用搅拌铸造法、粉末冶金法、挤压铸造法和喷射沉积法制备SiC增强复合材料的性能,介绍了SiC增强镁基复合材料在军事上和汽车工业上及作为功能材料的应用,并结合镁基复合材料研究的现状对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The research status of Si C reinforced magnesium matrix composite was summarized. The properties of micron-grade Si C, nano-sized Si C, Si C whisker reinforced magnesium matrix composite prepared by stirring casting, powder metallurgy method, spray deposition and mechanical alloying were studied, and then the applications of Si C reinforced composite were introduced in both the military and the automotive industry and as the function materials. Combined with the present situation of magnesium matrix composite, the development trend of the composite in the future was prospected.
