利用层流炉研究生物质粉在闪速加热条件下的热解挥发特性,选用小麦秸秆粉和花生壳粉为实验材料,确定反应温度(750~900K)和反应时间(0.115~0.240s)为实验参数,首先验证了反应区温度基本均匀一致的实验前提,然后进行热解实验,得到小麦和花生壳在不同条件下的挥发百分比,建立一级反应模型。据此求解出频率因子A和活化能E,最终得到小麦秸秆粉和花生壳粉的挥发特性方程,并验证了实验值与预测值的符合程度非常高,证明了实验和数据分析的正确性.为生物质热解液化研究提供了基础数据。
The pyrolysis of pulverized wheat straw and peanut shell has been studied in a laminar flow entrained reactor with the aim of determining the volatilization characteristics of biomass particles at flash heating rate. Wheat straw particles and peanut shell particles were selected as the experimental materials. Volatilized fractions of the biomass were determined at different experimental conditions by varying the reaction temperature (between 750 and 900K) and residence time (between 0 .115s and 0.240s), and the suppose that the temperature in reaction region accords has been proved. Based on the experimental results and Arsenics form first order reaction kinetic model, the models of biomass pyrolysis in the reactor were introduced and relevant kinetic parameters, frequency factor A and activation energy E, of the two kinds of biomass particle were determined. The predicted values agree with the experimental values very well.
