给出了水库大气环境补偿效益的内涵和计算方法。分析了黄河干流梯级水库补偿调节系统,建立了不同目标相耦合的梯级水库补偿调度模型,并进行了求解。在此基础上,研究了2000现状年和2010、2020水平年龙、刘两库的大气环境补偿效益及其动态变化规律。结果显示,在2000现状年和2010、2020水平年下,龙、刘两库的大气环境补偿效益分别为3556.74万元、3640.68万元和2994.57万元;龙、刘两库对干流梯级水库的大气环境补偿效益与龙羊峡水库自身大气环境补偿效益变化规律相同,都是先增大后减小,而刘家峡水库大气环境补偿效益随时间推移呈下降趋势。
This paper gives the connotation and calculation method of air environment compensation benefits of reservoirs,and establishes a compensation regulation model for cascade reservoirs system.This model is applied to the mainstream cascade reservoirs of Yellow River,and the air environment compensation benefits and dynamic variations of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs in the three level years 2000,2010 and 2020 are studied in details.Results show that the total compensation benefits of these two reservoirs to the mainstream reservoirs in the three years are 35.5674,36.4068 and 29.9457 million yuans,respectively.The time variation of these benefits shows a trend of descending after ascending as the Longyangxia case,while Liujiaxia reservoir shows monotonic descending.
